Acoustic Guitar Lessons – Easy To Learn And Easy To Play Guitar Chords Part 2

In this part 2 of my acoustic guitar lesson you will learn G chord and D chord. 2 chord is one of the most easy to play chords. Not only that, he was also one of the most commonly used guitar chords in each song. Last time we learned two simple basic chords and minor chords EC. This chord is the most basic open position guitar chords. Open position chord is one that contains at least one open string. And if you are a beginner, this is the first chord you should learn.

chord G

Let us begin with G chord. G chord pattern is shown below in Figure 1 in the form of tablature. To put this finger play 3 on the 3rd fret of the E string, 2nd finger is on the 2nd fret A string and the 4th finger on 3rd fret high E string. This may seem more awkward at first just because you use 4 fingers, the weakest of your finger. But I suggest you should try to practice the weak fingers because it is the easiest way to move to another chord and you’ll find it later as soon as you learn to play guitar. The 0 means you play an open string and open string is where you do not touch the strings with your left hand fingers. Then pick off all the strings 6. Ensure that all records of the chords sound. How does this look? Simplified, selecting each string individually from the 6th string to 1st string. This will help you ensure that all records of the chord is heard.

e ——- 3 ——————————– High —— ———- e (lowest string)

B ——- 0 ———- —————————- ———

G — —- 0 ————————————– ——- –

D ——- 0 —————————— ———

——- 2 —————- ———————- ———

E ——- 3 — Low ———- ————————————- E ( largest string)

Figure 1

And once again, all the notes on all strings should sound perfect; picking all the strings down and up strokes < / strong>. Then count each time you play. Count 1, 2, 3, 4, and also 1 & 2 & 3 & 4.

Try to play the basic chords with the 2 G and C chord that we learned in the previous lesson acoustic guitar chords. You have to practice switching between 2 chords. Keeping still hit and counting. Strum G chord 4 times the count of 1, 2, 3, 4, and then switch to the C chord. Again played a chord of C 4 times the count of 1, 2, 3, 4. Try not to stop because your goal here is to switch between the chords with the right time and the best sound possible.

The D chord

The Next acoustic guitar lessons chord D chord is . D chord pattern is shown below in Figure 2. To play this, insert your finger on fret 1 to 2 G-strings, 3 fingers are on the 3rd fret B string and 3rd finger on 2nd fret high E string. Play chords with open strings 4 D starting from the string. E and A string can not be played and died as a string. In some cases can not be avoided to hit, just trying to remove the rope to stop the sound. Once again make sure that all records of the chords sound.

e ——– 2 ——————————- High —— ———- e (lowest string)

B ——- 3 ———- —————————- ———

—- ———————————- G ——- 2 ——- –

D ——- 0 —————————— ———

———————— ———————- ———

E ——— Low ———- ————————————- E ( largest string)

Now it’s time to play the basic chords with an acoustic guitar all the lessons we have learned. You have to practice switching between the chords effectively. Keeping still hit and counting.

Try to play the following chord progressions are shown below G – C – D – GG – Em – C – DC – G – Em – D – C – G – DStrum
